Dispute Board Top 5: Focused Insights on Dispute Board Practice 

This annual conference is popular among Dispute Board practitioners in the region. This year's theme brings forward the DRBF's "Top 5" on various key elements for a successful DB program for users and practitioners alike.

Day 1 is designed especially with Dispute Board users in mind. Topics include essential elements for selection of the proper type of DB for the project and implementation considerations, misconceptions about the Advisory Opinion process, drafting position papers for a hearing, and much more.

Day 2 offers an interactive format for DB practitioners to explore difficult scenarios and useful strategies for effective DBs. Top practitioners with extensive experience will guide the discussion around a specific DAAB scenario, covering dispute avoidance techniques, as well as Hearings and Decisions.
