Governance

The DRBF is transparent and accountable to its members, stakeholders and clients.

The DRBF is governed by a set of bylaws which have been agreed and voted on by members. The DRBF bylaws are updated as required and ratified by a vote of the membership. These bylaws govern a range of issues including membership, general assembly meetings, the election of the board, and the running of the board and various committees. The latest revision of the bylaws of the DRBF was approved by the membership in September 2017.
