Join us for the DRBF Middle East/North Africa (MENA) Regional Conference on 23-24 October in Istanbul, Turkey. Hosted at the Wyndham Grand Levent Hotel in Istanbul, the 2-day in-person conference is an exciting opportunity to connect with the MENA Region’s Dispute Board practitioners and a chance to understand the Contractor and Owner experience with the Dispute Boards in the region. In addition, there is an optional half day intermediate workshop for DB practitioners on Monday, 23 October covering Dispute Avoidance, Ethics and the Use of AI and Dispute Boards.

Registration includes a Cocktail on Monday, along with the breaks and lunches to provide additional opportunities to engage with experts in MENA region and beyond.

The conference will focus on Dispute Board (DB) application within the MENA region. Topics include an overview of best Dispute Board practices and case studies in the region, appointment issues, FIDIC President’s List Assessment, Contractor and Owner experiences with Dispute Boards, and a look at how artificial intelligence (AI) is affecting Dispute Boards.
