Megaprojects – How to Wrangle Earthquakes

The word megaproject gets thrown around a lot, but what are they, why are they different from other projects and what does that mean for their successful delivery? In this session, Kiri Parr will provide an overview of the current research into megaprojects, including the strategies more likely to lead to successful project outcomes. Kiri will then explore the implications of this research for Dispute Boards.
