According to GWEC/ IRENA, onshore wind represented 27% of new worldwide generation capacity installed in 2020. Consenting of onshore wind has never been easy, but adding the construction and supply chain issues from the Covid pandemic has created a challenging environment in which disputes are likely to occur.  This webinar discussion will cover the types of dispute resolution methods open to parties involved in onshore wind, how projects can successfully manage the transition from planning consent to the start of site work, avoiding disputes by effective management of relationships and contracts, and managing the complex contractual structure of hybridization of onshore wind projects with storage and green hydrogen production.
