In this webinar, we will examine the key differences between statutory adjudication, adjudication by dispute avoidance/adjudication boards, and arbitration.  In particular, we will look at the differences between the processes in terms of the applicable procedural rules, the role and powers of the tribunal, and we will compare the limits of jurisdiction and the enforceability of awards and decisions under each process. In the course of considering these questions out panellists will give their views on the pros and cons of the procedures and whether one is better suited to certain types of disputes than the other.
