As Florida's Turnpike District Construction Engineer in the 1990's I was an integral part in instituting DRB's on all major Turnpike projects (over $20M).
My background is road and bridge construction with extensive prestrssed concrete experience as well.
I am a graduate engineer with 45 years varied experience. I have worked for contractors, owners and engineers. I am a registered P.E. in Florida and Pennsylvania.
