I have been a lawyer for over 25 years. I spent 13 years on the $15B Central Artery/Tunnel Project (1992-2005). As Chief Counsel, I was responsible for a wide variety of legal and management issues on the Project, including procurement and bidding issues, construction and design disputes, labor issues, environmental litigation, regulatory and insurance issues, and civil and criminal investigations.
